This session will explore strategies and techniques for looking after your mental wellbeing through movement.
These group sessions led by an accredited counsellor will give you a chance to explore different aspects of mental wellbeing, and leave you with a selection of strategies to help you through them.
We know attending online sessions can be intimidating, so you are welcome to engage as much or as little as you like. Feel free to join in the conversation via the chat box or just sit back and listen, and to have your camera on or off as you feel most comfortable.
