Alice Nicholas is a Dramatherapist and Clinical Supervisor with 15 years professional experience as a performer/actor, director, playwright and facilitator in the performance arts industry. Alice is experienced in working individually with artists and with creative teams during the rehearsal / theatre making process. Alice can help with issues relating to mental ill health, anxiety, adoption, trauma, abuse, neglect, attachment, stress, relationship difficulties (inter and intra-personal), self-harm, working with highly sensitive individuals, social and emotional difficulties, developmental trauma, self-esteem, identity and intersectionality.
