Anna Chiara Sicilia is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, Clinical Supervisor and mental health consultant for TV, Media and Radio. Anna worked for a number of years in the NHS and now specialises in supporting creative professionals and people from the LGBTQI+ community. As a member of the LGBTQI+ community herself, Anna uses her own experience in helping clients deal with the unique challenges that the creative industry can bring.

Anna offers trauma-focused and trauma-informed therapy (including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing – EMDR – therapy) and uses the integrative approach, drawing from a range of therapeutic skills. She can help with issues relating to performance anxiety, anxiety disorders, post-Traumatic stress disorder / complex post traumatic stress disorder, identity and self-esteem difficulties.

Anna offers therapy in both English and Italian.
