Ian Poole is an experienced UKCP registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor focusing on supporting the mental health of professionals in the Entertainment Industry. Ian is also a registered Counsellor with Sporting Chance, providing mental health support for professional Sportspeople.
Ian comes from 10 years experience in the Music Industry. He has worked professionally as a Media Composer, Producer, Studio engineer, Tutor of Music Technology as well as Performer and Session Musician as a Drummer, which he still continues to do. This experience has allowed him to integrate his understanding of the pressures, expectations, temptations and vast mental health issues within many sectors of the industry, into his therapeutic work.
Ian can help with issues relating to anxiety and depression, trauma, coming to terms with an ASD and ADHD diagnosis, working with relationship difficulties, grief, and exploring identity.
